Primary Function
MOD Squad Members directly contribute to the success of the organization by providing the MOD experience to all customers. MOD Squad Members connect directly with customers providing super fast service, amazing pizza & salads, cool environment, and memorable customer service.
As a MOD Squad Member your objective is to live, teach and demonstrate the MOD Pizza culture in all interactions.
Essential Duties
- Making connections with customers, discovers and responds with a customer first attitude
- Acts with integrity, honesty, and the passion that promotes MODs culture, core values, and mission
- Maintains a calm/cool presence during peak volumes or unannounced events to uphold our goal to provide memorable customer service to all MOD patrons
- Quality check for all MOD products provided adhering to MOD Pizza recipes and presentation guidelines
- Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Constantly evaluates customer and store needs, environment, and looks for customer cues to provide feedback to the manager to foster a positive store workflow for each shift
- Follows MOD Pizza operational practices and procedures to, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all MOD Squad Members during shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable workspace so that MOD Squad Members can locate product as needed
- Direct contributor to reinforce a positive MOD Squad environment, recognizes team successes and communicates with management regarding the MOD Squad morale
- Assists with MOD Squad training through positive reinforcement and giving positive feedback as needed
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
